Book & Manuscript Proofreading
Book proofreading in days, not weeks.
Manuscripts pile up, print deadlines get closer, and one small typo can end up in thousands of printed copies. We proofread your manuscript quickly, before it goes to print.
The problem
Proofreading is often the last bottleneck before publishing.
Weeks-long queues
The manuscript is finished, but it waits too long for its turn in proofreading, and the publishing date slips.
Errors that reach print
One typo or a wrong number slips through, and it is only found after thousands of copies are printed.
Complex text gets missed
Arabic text with diacritics, verses, quotations, footnotes, and cross-references are the most likely to be missed under deadline pressure.
How it works
Three steps, no commitment upfront.
1
Send a few pages
Send one chapter or a few pages of your manuscript over WhatsApp. It is free and there is no commitment.
2
Get the trial result
You receive the proofread sample together with notes on what we found, so you can judge the quality yourself.
3
Agree on scope and timing
If it fits, we agree on the page count, the type of proofreading, and the deadline before any work starts.

Common questions
Before you send your manuscript.
How long does it take?
We aim for days. The exact estimate is agreed upfront based on the page count and how difficult the text is, rather than promising a fixed number before seeing the manuscript.
What kinds of proofreading are available?
Spelling and typos, punctuation, consistency of terms and spelling, and checking against a source manuscript or an earlier printed edition. Arabic text with diacritics and heavily referenced text are also possible, with pricing and timing adjusted to match.
Is my manuscript safe?
Your manuscript is only used for your proofreading job and is not shared with anyone else. For unpublished manuscripts, we can sign a confidentiality agreement first.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the page count, the type of text, and the deadline. That is why we start with a trial of a few pages, then give you a clear quote once we have seen the manuscript.
Got a manuscript close to its deadline?
Send a few pages first. We return the proofread result, and then you decide.
